In the year 2010 St. Stephen’s Episcopal Day School will be distinguished by state-of-the art facilities that support a spiritually-based, multicultural educational model which prepares students to embrace the challenges of the 21^st Century.

Goals

Curriculum and Pedagogy. St. Stephen's will not be limited by traditional teaching methodologies, and will emphasize the development of skills, values and knowledge that are required by the 21st Century global community.

Facilities and Resources. St. Stephen's will enhance and upgrade its campus and technological resources to reflect our commitment to educational and programming excellence.

Faculty and Staff. St. Stephen's will become the employer of choice for dynamic, accomplished educators and administrators.

Diversity. St. Stephen's will expand its cultural and socio-economic constituent base, becoming a more financially accessible, inclusive community of students, faculty and staff.

Finances. St. Stephen's will creatively expand its financial resources to support sustainable growth commensurate with emerging opportunities for educational and programming excellence.

Marketing and Communications. St. Stephen's will develop a sustainable model for internal and external communications.
