Moving Forward to 50 As it approaches its 50th anniversary, St. Stephen's Episcopal Day School has embarked on a strategic planning process. A Planning Council, made up of several members of our faculty, staff, Board, Vestry and parent community, was formed to begin the process. On September 17, 2005, a Community Symposium was held on campus. All members of the St. Stephen's community were invited. The Symposium was an all-day inclusive and collaborative effort which will pave the way for the next 5 to 10 years of our students’ education. At the Symposium, a vision statement and six goals were established. Task forces have been established for each goal and the members are charged with developing strategies and initiatives to meet these goals.
