Preparing Our Students for Their Future

tvatssedsSt. Stephen’s has embarked on an exciting new initiative this year in keeping with our Vision Statement to prepare our students for the 21st Century. A focus on Project Based Learning has begun in a yearlong series of on-campus professional development workshops.  A one-to-one iPad program for Grades 1 to 5 lends itself well to meeting these goals.

Main Highway Pavilion Receives Awards

The American Institute of Architects (AIA) Miami Chapter, which extends from Palm Beach to the Caribbean, awarded our architect Jenifer Briley and our Main Highway Pavilion three awards: Excellence in Design, Sustainable (Green) Building, and People's Choice.  Read more...

South Florida’s commercial real estate community turned out in force Saturday for the annual banquet of the U.S. Green Building Council's South Florida chapter. About 400 of people mingled, ate dinner and watched as awards were handed out. The chapter had a lot to celebrate: There are now 109 Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) projects certified in the region.  Read more...
