March Update

March came in like a lion in second grade!  

We had play rehearsals and presented our play to the school with two performances.

Next we took our show on the road to East Ridge Retirement Center where we had fun presenting the songs for our play to the residents there. We gave them cards that we had made especially for them. We also presented them with an assortment of games that we bought with the money we raised from our bake sale in February.

We had a wonderful tour of Africa with Mrs. Dwyer. We loved seeing the pictures of so many different animals. We learned about the World Cup Rugby Tournament and we got rugby key chains for our tour bags. Thanks so much!                                                      

We had so much fun at our Easter party. We had an egg hunt and since we celebrated on St. Patrick’s Day, Mrs. Dwyer helped us make leprechaun puppets.   

We had a blast on Field Day. It was a gorgeous day and we had so much fun together.

As you can see, it was a busy but fun month for us and March went out like a lamb with Spring Break.
