St.
Stephen’s is a place where children love to come in the
morning and do not want to leave in the afternoon. It is
a place where children come first, where children are
encouraged to seek their dreams and where children learn
and grow in the spirit of God’s eyes. St. Stephen’s is a
place not only for children but for families, also. It
is an extension of the home. It is the belief of a
strong partnership between home and school for the
development and growth of mind, body and spirit.
St.
Stephen’s Episcopal Day School creates an environment
which foster and nurtures a child’s spiritual and
intellectual development and encourages each individual
to reach his/her potential. Embracing and recognizing
that each child is a gift from God and a valuable member
of our school community will encourage our students to
be the best they can be.
St.
Stephen’s success is accomplished by a community of
leaders, not just one leader. We have the great fortune
to have the best and the finest in our faculty. Our
faculty is dedicated, knowledgeable and always looking
to find the best in each one of their students. We also
have a fine group of staff members that are behind the
scenes ensuring that the day to day life at the school
runs seamlessly, without interruption. And as for the
families we serve, we continue to have a sense and
overall feeling of community, collaboration and extended
family. All are invaluable members of our St. Stephen’s
family.
